I’m very sorry for any problems the crew encountered in the morning with the department head of training attempting to occupy that classroom – I don’t know what he was thinking, and he knew that classroom was being worked on that day (per his request no less!). Not sure I can say enough about Chris. He did a great job with us, as we were in a panic. As you know, we are short staffed and had the primary POC for MD (Brian) on vacation. Of course there was an issue in the MD Office with a server that HAD to be up soonest – it was down due to drive space issues. Chris being a Compellent guy and having all kinds of knowledge with respect to all things computer (and assuming Virt was one of them), I saw fit to tag him in email if he had a moment.

Chris being who he is and how he is, of course did. Chris was able to, in a calming manner, assist us with some guidance, direction and recommendations that helped alleviate our problem and in the end made Maryland a happy office once again.
