Sales Account Executive
  

CTS/COMPANIES, a 27-year-old provider of Telecommunication Voice/ Data Hardware and Network services is seeking to fill several positions with our outside sales group in our Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills and Port Huron offices.

 

Description

This job focuses on the sale of telecommunications and data hardware (Toshiba, NEC, Proxim, Extreme, Cisco), network services (SBC, AT&T, LDMI) and video surveillance to the S.E. Michigan enterprise business community.  Candidates must establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through a variety of marketing methods to include networking, vertical marketing, and cold call prospecting.  Sales process includes application development, proposal, presentation and the closing of sale.

 

Qualifications

Applicants must be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate superior interpersonal, verbal and computer skills.  Minimum 2 years of successful outside sales or telecommunications/data hardware or network experience required.

Outside Customer Service Representative


Location: Bloomfield Hills Office

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
  • Computer literate; to include CRM software, email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be reliable and professional

Job Duties include:

 

·        Prospect existing CTS customer base. Meet with each to inform them of all the products and services CTS can provide such as data products and services and video surveillance in addition to voice products and services.

·        Handle customer calls and orders

·        Assist with other marketing and sales duties.
