CTS Companies has many years of voice and data experience and have seen and repaired a lot different problems in the past. In addition to our technical staff, our vast array of specialty diagnostic equipment provides vital feedback to analyze network issues for our clients. The most recent addition was in 2004 when we made large investments into specialized VoIP analysis systems. We will gather (over several days depending on the size of the network) statistics on network utilization (including a protocol and traffic break down), health, and specific statistics for VoIP utilization. If we find any issues during our analysis, we will make recommendations to the client on what should be changed or repaired to improve network health. At the end of the analysis we will provide detailed reports on the base line statistics for your records. We will put together a plan after reviewing with you the issues that the network is experiencing, and execute a specific capture/analysis time frame to track down a root cause and put together a plan of action for repair once the cause has been identified. We can provide supporting documentation if the cause is the result of another party or if the repair has to be performed by another party (i.e. a Carrier, or Business partner, Equipment Vendor, etc). Knowing if your network is ‘ready’ for VoIP (Voice over IP) is critical for a successful deployment. CTS has the tools and domain experience to perform a deep analysis of your current network infrastructure and identify problems with equipment and configurations to identify possible issues before deploying VoIP, this is considered a Pre-Qualification Assessment. We will run real VoIP traffic across your network and analyze its quality and the network’s capacity so you know exactly what to expect. At the end of the analysis, CTS will provide you with a detailed report on the quality of the testing and review any identified problems so they can be resolved prior to deployment. We can also use the techniques to perform a Post Installation analysis to verify and provide documented proof of VoIP quality after your deployment is completed so you can rest assured that everything is running smoothly.Network Base lining
