Scenario: Business needs to protect small amount of data with automated backup and offsite functions, allow for quick local recovery of data for day to day issues, and allow for full system recover should a major DR event cause a complete loss of current company computing assets.
Solution: Managed Backup service. This service provides a 24/7 managed data backup solution and as well as full backup services locally and storage space for a replicated copy off site. Should there be a major disaster, we will return on site with a new local backup server pre-populated with your data ready to be restored to new servers. This service provides bare metal backup protection to allow for the original server operating system to be restored in minutes in most cases to new replacement hardware.
Scenario: Business needs to protect all system data with automated backup and offsite functions. Allow for with in 24 hour recovery of critical systems for immediate business use, and 72 hour recovery of remaining systems.
Solution: Managed backup service and hosted ICE with remote access solution. This provides for a 24/7 managed data backup solution and provides full backup services locally and storage space for a replicated copy off site. Should there be a major disaster, we will immediately restore critical systems, using our ICE (In Case of Emergency) services, to ‘on stand-by’ virtual environment and use our hosted SSL VPN services to provide on demand Web based remote access to the critical systems from any available Internet connected computer. The remaining systems will be restored into similar ‘on stand-by’ virtual environments or delivered onsite in a portable temporary virtual server depending on the level of disaster.
Scenario: Business needs to protect all system data with as soon as possible fail over (less than 30 minutes) to secondary systems and to automate backup of all data off site.
Solution: Managed Storage and Backup services with ICE for remote access. This provides a managed SAN storage solution for all production storage of data on site with replication off site to data center SAN storage. Virtualization of all non critical or non heavy load systems, and migration to ‘boot from SAN’ for all critical or heavy load systems. This allows for immediate transfer of functionality of all systems from the production on site systems to the data center hosted off site systems and provides SSL or IPSec based VPN access to hosted systems. This also provides for a 24/7 managed data backup solution for normal data backup operations.
Scenario: Business need is to have 99.99% system up time, protecting access to production servers from interruptions from power, network connectivity loss, and system failure. Also provide fail over to redundant system in the event of major event in South East Detroit area.
Solution: Managed Hosting services (which include storage and backup services). This provides complete removal of local hosting of critical business systems, and hosting them off site in our Data Center. Virtualization of all non critical or non heavy load systems, and migration to ‘boot from SAN’ for all critical or heavy load systems. This allows for immediate transfer of functionality of all systems from the primary data center to the secondary data center, and provides direct dedicated private network access to primary hosted systems with VPN access to secondary. This also provides for a 24/7 managed data backup solution for normal data backup operations.
